Travis Kelce wraps his arm around a woman on the street after leaving his ‘lonely’ birthday dinner without rumoured girlfriend Taylor Swift

Travis Kelce was having a pretty uneventful birthday until a beautiful woman took the time to put a smile on his face.

While you might think it was his rumoured girlfriend Taylor Swift that would brighten the NFL star’s day, it was actually a complete stranger. Travis had been enjoying a meal at Kansas City’s Golden Ox – an old-school chophouse serves up hearty steaks and classic sides like baked potatoes and onion rings.

It’s thought he had a low-key birthday ahead of tonight’s game as the Kansas City Chiefs, are set to compete against the Minnesota Vikings at the U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota, in the hopes of continuing their winning streak. He was joined for dinner by one of his agents and two teammates at the restaurant. But sadly they didn’t order a birthday cake or any candles.

Leaving the restaurant, the NFL star was spotted looking “thoroughly dejected” according to our body language expert Judi James. That is until a stunning blonde approached the tight end and asked him for a picture. Travis looks “more than happy” to oblige and is “in no hurry to end the poses” as he wraps his arm around the woman’s back, according to our body language expert.

After a cosy couple of weeks with her attending the NFL star’s games and him making coy remarks about the billionaire singer on his podcast, many fans expected the pair to mark Travis’ special day with some public display of affection. But the tight end’s 34th birthday came and went without so much as an Instagram post from the Shake It Off hitmaker.

And expert Judi tells us he may have been sending a message to Taylor with his body language. “Travis Kelce is ‘lonely’ and ‘dejected’ on his birthday without Taylor Swift,” she tells us. “If this air of lonely dejection is a message he’s sending out to Taylor he’s clearly to want to show her he’s missing her and that it’s even spoiling his birthday that she’s not there with him.”

While Swifties seem to have embraced Taylor’s new relationship, the NFL fans are waiting for one last telling sign that Travis and Taylor are the real deal. With his birthday on the 5th October and Kansas City Chiefs game against Minnesota Vikings tonight, fans believe if Taylor makes the next game, then the pair are the real deal.

On Reddit, one fan noted that so far, the games the Blank Space singer has been attending have been “convenient” for her, as they’ve been at the at New York Jets’ stadium in New Jersey, which is only a short distance from Taylor’s residence in New York City. With that in mind, the fan wrote: “If she isn’t at the game it’s a sign this isn’t serious.

“She went to the two games that were most convenient for her. Very unlikely the Chiefs would lose and one of the games being outside NYC on prime time. There’s a chance she doesn’t go to another game,” they added “I think she likes him but doesn’t take him too seriously as a long-term relationship and dating him for a few months worked perfectly for her image and her projects. I just hope he doesn’t get hurt.

A second came to Taylor’s defence, typing: “I think she doesn’t go to the game because she’s getting over exposed and she can’t even really see him at away game anyway. I don’t think her not going has anything to do with how much she likes him.”

A third chimed in with their point, writing: “She lives in New York, too, along with that big group of celebrity friends she brought. There’s not a real reason to come to Minnesota. And I say this as a Minnesotan with tickets to the game.”

Taylor did in fact bring her celebrity pals to last weekend’s Kansas City Chiefs game. She was joined by Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, Sophie Turner, Sabrina Carpenter and Hugh Jackman.
